disconnection problem

my world of warcaft is constantly disconnected every 10 muinites i have no idea why. does anyone know the cause of this i would really apreciate your help. my e mail is Removed e-mail address for privacy reasons. plz help. thanks very much

We're going to need more information than that, in order to help you.

Comp set up, router brand, isp, firewall, whether or not you have the proper ports open etc. The whole nine yards.

Heck, it could be something as simple as your screen saver or power saving setting, essentially kicking in and thus kicking you offline.

And on a side note, making your e-mail address clearly visible, either by posting it in a message or by putting it into your profile, tends to be a rather ill considered move, due to existence of board crawling bots, looking specifically for e-mail addresses, so that their owners can sell the lists, they collect to spam companies.

Keeping these type of communications to PM, or by way of sending mail through the board software, provided you activate that option, is the wiser choice of action. Tends to save on the hassle of having to check your spam filter to see if something benign didn't get stuck, as opposed to the usual junk.

Course, you could also simply wait and see what folks post on the boards.
