PvP and going up 2 ranks in 1week

I know 2 ranks a week is cap, but is there a rank cap for going up 2? Lets sa a rank 1 can get to rank 3 by 1 week but for me can a rank 10 (at 92%) get to rank 12 if he pvps his ass off or will it cap me at rank 11 99%?

If your post is good, it'll be responded to. If it's responded to, it'll undergo the process we call Natural Bumping. Natural Bumping = good. Unnatural bumping = bad. I might be incorrect on this one, btut I think you can gain multiple ranks per week only to rank 8, and then its only one rank possible per week.
not totally sure though, and you would have to be pretty much living by the computer to manage multiple ranks per week after rank 9.
