Wands are a missile weapon. They have a stated attack speed.

This enchant effects attack speed.

I'll let you work out what speed they effect a wand by. Hint: The clue is in the enchant description.

ok, so it does affect wands/ranged. cool.

also, it says +1 not +1% or +1 second or anything else... just +1... i dont know what that translates into?
