Shameless plug for my UI. ^^;

Here is my description quoted from my UI page:

This UI is an addon compilation designed to give a fully moveable interface, with minimal memory usage, and complete functionality. Currently it has an Ace2 replacement addon for almost everything, and the addons not replaced are low in memory usage. KC_Items for Auctioneer and Lootlink, oRA and BigWigs for CT_Raid, EQCompare for Equip Compare, the list goes on. Basically it's the UI everyone wants, but it loads faster. >.>;

Tell me what you think!

Note: I've recieved a lot of comments regarding the similarity to my UI and Photek UI. To put these comments at bay..not only does my UI contain at least 20 more addons than Photek's, but the only real comparison is that we both use Ace2..which a ton of UI's are doing. ^^;

Just a quick one, the link you actually want is http://ui.worldofwar.net/ui.php?id=3235

A very nice looking UI although I can't help compare it to you know who. I use my own custom UI but it is a bit of a memory hog so it's good to actually see what the ACE 2 addons can do and I feel time for some changes to get that memory down.

However, if I didn't have my own, I would definitely use yours instead.

That looks completely awesome.

I assume I can download this UI and still use Auctioneer as opposed to the AH package that comes with it?

Well, Auctioneer does cause a bit more memory usage, but it's all preference. If your computer can handle higher memory usage then by all means use Auctioneer. ^^;

Does it use up that much more resources? I really should upgrade my comptuer soon. I'll just try it both ways when I get home :)

BTW, what is the resolution/screen settings and what size monitor is being used in the screenshot you provided? I'm only using a 17" CRT right now, so I'm assuming it won't look quite as good, but do you mind telling me what your WoW video settings are at? .

Also, right between the XP and TitanBar(fubar?) is a bunch of empty space. What is that for?

I'm not sure exactly how much more, but I do know that KC_Items is Ace2 so it's obviously lower memory usage, and also Auctioneer has like 2 or so dependency addons you need to have as well.

I'm using 1280 x 1024 resolution, 17" Flat Screen Monitor, and my WoW vid settings are as low as they go for performance.

The empty space is where party member unit frames appear. I plan on adding a raid screenshot when I que up in a BG so you can see what it looks like.

Ok, I'm a total noob at this so bear with me.

I think your interface looks awesome. So I downloaded it and installed it. Upon starting though, well, it doesn't really appear like yours. I had hoped it was going to be more of an "install and it looks like the pic" kind of deal. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like that's going to happen.

Pretty tough for someone who doesn't know much about UI fiddling.

Is there a configuration file anywhere?

I've been getting requests for the config files for the UI. I'll update 2.3 with the config files soon. =)
