Weapon Proc question

I recently got a Claw of the Shadowmancer for my rogue.
It has a "Chance on hit: Sends a shadowy bolt at the enemy causing 35 Shadow Damage".

I put a +3 Weapon Damage enchant on it, and I'm a rogue so I use both Instant and Crippling Poison.

The question is do all three work? (+3 wep, Shadow proc and instant poison proc) or will only one work? Thanks a lot!

+3 Will always work. Poison and Shadow proc.. Well, it's a toss of the dice. They could conceivably both kick in at the same time, or seperate or not at all, depending upon the dice roll.
