Need Help on my UI ( discord unit frames )

I was wondering if anyone knows how to get my unit frame windows to display damage and healing info such as - and +'s to myself and my target

thats my current ui......and where the red circles are is where im talking about

so if i got hit for 51 damage...it would display -51 in that portrait area.....

im sure its possible but i cant figure it out

current mods i am using are:

Discord unit frames
Adapt
Squeenix
Fubar
Bartender

My DUF does this on the portrait - it's one of the downloadables, you can just grab some of those and see how they did it. I'm reasonably sure it's a hidden frame.
