does anybody know what that mini xp bar mod that is above titanpanel is called?

First of all, the bar is NOT Titan Panel, rather it is FuBar (http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info4571-FuBar_2.0.html), a newer and (IMHO) better replacement for Titan Panel. The XP bar is a plugin for FuBar called FuXPFU (http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info5097-FuBar_-_FuXPFu.html)
