i only want to get to freindly for the transmute and i have a couple questions.

1. i looked on thottbot but this can be at times out dated. it told me the best way for a level 60 to get rep for thorium brotherhood is thru gathering of 480 iron bars or 480 kinksblood or a butt load of heavy leather along with scales and coal. is this still the best way?

2. who is the person i talk to in BRD and where is he found. i get the idea its the bartender.

3. how many people (group size) to get to the guy with the transmute? i have not been in there in a year or longer. the group to help me will be T2.

1. yes. and be thankful for it. before they put that in it used to be that you had to bring in tons of mats that drop only in Molten Core to get rep

2. It's a guy in the upper level of the bar area of BRD, in a back room. Can't miss him. He's about 10 feet away from the bartender.

3. How many people in T2 you need to get to the BRD bar? 2-3 should be plenty.

It's the only way to get to Friendly. Friendly to Honored requires Dark Iron Dust, which randomly drops in BRD. The MC mat requirement the above poster mentioned still exists, but is only needed from Honored through Exalted.

Grim Guzzler in BRD.

Like the above poster said, if you're all exceptionally well geared you can get there with only 2 or 3. If you're a freshly minted 60, you'll want a full group. Just advertise for a BRD Bar run.

Unless you're a Rogue or Druid. Rogues and Druids can stealth there.

I'd say two. Myself (a lock) and my GM (warrior) were in a group for an attunement run and got to the instance before anyone else was close (hearth set in kargath). We're basically tier 1 geared and we were to the bridge leading to the bar with no trouble whatsoever...

BRD is a joke in epics... tier 2 should be no problem... on the way back we jumped down and I tanked incendius for kicks.
