Hi I was wondering if there are any more CE available to pre order or to buy. It says that its coming soon in a couple of places but any idea on when I will be able to preorder again?

most of the preorders sold out real fast, your best hope I think is to go to a store that doesn't even do preorders (like Best Buy) right on release day and hope there are some on the shelves
