"for great honor" or "concerted efforts"

If we are talking about getting rep and honor, Is it better to try and win 1 of each BG and hand the tokens in as one of the above or would it just be better to win 3 AB's etc ?

How does the rep/honor work with the concerted efforts etc?

concerted efforts gives more honor and rep.

I que for AV which is about 1.5 hours
While im waiting i run WSg and AB
I que for AB and as soon as the que pops i que for WSG
I can usually get into WSG right when AB is over

I think you get 50 rep for one turn in of any of the BG's, but you get 100 rep *each* for one combined turn in. Assuming you're not going for one particular faction, it *seems* better to do the combined turn in.
