New mod for rogues and druids (cat form)

I want a mod that has a bar that goess from left to right w/ a light kind of thing that shows how long till energy regain. I got this idea after i saw Serenity Now Bombs Funeral and looked like the guy was a rogue and had a mod like that off to the left side and in middle (y-axis middle).I would make this mod myself but i dont know how nothing what so ever i just know how to use em in game :)

Thx in advance if someone takes this request and turns it into a fantastic mod.

X-perl does that... underneith the energy bar there is a light that ticks in your energy...
