How heal in a raid

How make for see health bar's allly in the others groups in a raid? I have installed CTRaid but i'don't inderstand it. WHat options can help me?:ponder:

There should be a new tab called "CTraid" to the bottom right on your social pane. As a healer you probably want to use the "check all groups" option. You can remove your normal partyframes in the interface options (built in) if you want to as well.
