New idea for an addon, any takers?

I am a resto shaman who is having a little trouble in instances. I can't really see my partymembers health when in a raid.So I would like to have an easy-to-see raidmemberUI, but I would also like the addon to give me a lockable target that I can put on the MT. I would not want to always target the MT, but a portrait in the middle close to my actionbar that looks like his so when I push it I target the MT. Is this possible? If so and anyone wants to make an addon like this please send me an email at: Mooz_8@hotmail.com

Also look at RedHeart, heart or whatever it is called... think it was redheart last I checked.... works pefrectly with CT-Raid mod...
