I'm not even near to being in the place to give suggestions, but here (http://www.curse-gaming.com/en/wow/article-19-battleguardsartura.html) is a guide I found. See if it strikes your fancy.

Yes yes, it's "the competition", but i'm not gonna cut 'n paste the whole thing here.

It requires some mobility and timing since sartura and its adds move around quite a lot.

We obviously assign a hunter and warrior to each add before the pull. We also assign positions for each add to be pulled to: A bit to the left of the entrance, a bit to the right of the entrance and one further to the right of the entrance.

When Sartura is moving to the back of the room the MT moves in to get ready to bodypull Sartura when it gets back. At the same time the add tanks move in to where they have to tank the adds. The hunters also move in so they are between their add tank and the MT (in shooting range of MT). The moment the MT aggros the hunters pull their target and run back to their tank. Aspect of the monkey is not a bad plan here. The MT moves further into the room with Sartura.

We assign 2 locks to ping pong her round the back of the room with one warrior.

2 warriors on each add hit taunt when ever the cooldown is up

Oh yeah, we do something similar to that but with hunters instead of locks.

Other than that: stuns are your friend.

Paladin pulls also work quite well: a Paladin runs in and casts BoP on himself and Divine Shield when the blessing runs out. That gives hunters time to pull the adds to their respective tanks. After that focus fire 1 add at a time while 2 warriors control Sartura with taunts in another part of the room.

Healers have to be on their toes, avoiding Sartura and her minions while keeping the warriors alive. Ranged DPS should stay at max range and try to anticipate her movements. Melee DPS have to keep her stunned between Whirlwind (she is immune while spinning) and immediately run out and bandage when she does WW. If she targets you either run away until she is taunted, stunned or selects another target. Sartura enrages at 20% HP so be prepared to step up the healing and finish her off.

It's a messy encounter. Period.

Sartura is a complete spazz.
