SQL support from blizzard?

I've been trying to find the easiest way to develop a new mod for end-game raiders and would like to know if anyone knows if blizzard's interpreter supports the luaSQL? does anyone have any information on this? or is there another better/alternative way?

I am just guessing at what you are looking for but, if it is a way to write to a file or database from an addon it is not possible. You can only write to Saved Variables and they are not accessible outside the game until you log off or do a reload UI.

Look at the ACE components. I think I read somewhere that it at least provides some sort of data storage and a seperate presentation layer.
