Question on realm transfers from norgannon

I got WoW in May and i accidently got my character on Norgannon which is in a timezone 3 hours ahead of mine. This makes play after 9pm somewhat difficult. How do I go about tranfering my character to a Pacific standard time (US PST) realm. Thanks

Unless Blizzard opens up a free server transfer from your current server, due to very high population and long queues, you're subject to going through the Paid Character Transfer system or PCT for short. You'll find an option for that on your account management page on www.worldofwarcraft.com.

I have used the PCT and found it very easy to use
though you do need to pay to transfer

It seems that (in europe at least) most servers that have been around for a while are avaliable to transfer to (particularly if you want to go to a server older than yours)....
