WOW, those seem pretty cheap actually....

just another thing to indicate to me that Blizz is really speeding up the gearing process before BC comes out so that half of Azeroth doesnt get slaughtered, lol.

Does anyone have any idea of how the gain of honor points will be reduced? For example, 30,000 for a GM two handed sword seems pretty cheap. Blizz will obviously be reducing the rate at which you accumulate honor points by a lot. Any idea of how much? The BGs aren't available in the PTRs yet, so maybe the Beta testers have an idea?

so far, best guess is that you'll get 1-10 honor per kill...Thus, a reduction of 90% or more.

I believe someone posted an example of their experience, getting 1000 honor after two hours...

it's 1-5 honor per kill in raid, 10-15 kill solo.

I've gotten 10-30 honor per kill in the beta when solo. Havent really payed much attention when in groups.

It's reduced by a lot though, thats for sure.

Question for me is wether or not you get some sort of bonus honor for compelting a BG or if you should just grab up the tokens you need and find unprepared players question about and kill them for easier honor then experienced pvpers in BGs.
