When I entered my Character today

A Window popped-up ingame saying "GM Help Tickets are Unavailable"

Whats does that mean?

evidentally it means you can not open a ticket with a GM at the moment if you have some sort of in game difficulty.

I had that same problem about a month ago, and the GM said to reset my interface settings back to original and that worked. Try that once, it worked for me (and I'm not sure why).

It might just be that the GMs aren't in :P

It happens on holidays or other occasions (generally right around the time blizzard makes some changes they foresee to give the GMs a lot of grief...)
