PVP gear...

all pvp gear rank 7+ is level 60 to wear... my charcter is now level 55 and rank 6. By tuesday he will hit rank 7, and i'll probably be 56.

my question is: can i buy the PVP gear at rank 7 when i cant even wear it? (since i dont meet the level requirement)

now if i can buy it: what happens if in my pursuit of level 60 i derank, would i be able to equip this gear that i bought even tho my rank is now lower than the rank requirement?

You can buy it at any level assuming you have the rank, but you cant wear it until 60. You can wear it at any rank, as long as you bought it when you were met the rank criteria.
