Warrior: "Offensive Abilities"

Making my talent build for Burning Crusade, and I'm a little in doubt. I need to understand the Focused Rage, which actually makes offensive abilities cost less rage.
What abilities fall under the offensive category? Revenge, Shield Slam, and everything usable in Defensive Stance causing damage? Or everything harmful to others (Demo shout, sunder etc)?
