New realms?

I've been away from the game for about a year but plan on starting again when BC is released. Does anyone know if there will be any new realms for people to start from scratch without everyone already having lvl60 characters & loads of good stuff? (apologies if this has already been asked!)

Blizzard US opens a few new servers even when they're not needed. I can't name any of them off the top of my head, but just log in during peak hours and look for realms that are marked "recommended"
