Just wondering how much runecloth it's taking to get to the next level of first aid and netherweave bandages... i've heard a couple of different numbers, from 1 stack all the way to 20. can anyone give me a straight answer? lol

ty in advance. :)

... I am guessing you will just have to wait until BC comes out, I would guess a few, probably safe to have extra, you can always sell what you dont use on the AH afterwards, I am sure there will be plenty of people ready to buy it prior to levelling up...

i am forever mailing over 100 stacks of runecloth back and forth to my alts because of lack of space , saving it to level all my toons up when tbc hits

Have 100 pcs (5 stacks) in your bank/on your bank alt.

It's enough. Mobs in outlands that you kill for the intro quests drop both neatherweave and runecloth. Add that to your 5 stacks and you have more then enough to level it to the next level.

It has taken my TWO toons 100 runecloth each, give or take 5.

This presupposes that you have 300 FA already.

You only need 330 first aid skill to learn Netherweave bandages. At that time, runecloth bandages will be Green. So.. you will roughly need enough rune cloth to make 60 heavy runecloth bandages.

Did you try this? How did you pick 60? Exactly when did it turn green for you?

:thumbsup:

The magic number is 100 pcs to avoid any sort of headache.

@oramac:

Sortof, but with some luck they'll sell better once tbc launches and everyone wants to buy it _in_ outlands. You'll be the runecloth pimp of thrallmar. Good times.

Dont remember when heavy runed cloth turned green, but to get the last ten points, it was taking several combines to get one first aid point.

Dont' forget you can do anti venom if you are just looking to level. I think its one huge venom sac.

Well, true, but Runecloth also drops at 2-3 per kill in Outlands, for many human mobs...

I actually counted, and got 100-105 for the count on two toons...heh

Certainly, 130 is plenty.
