PVP rewards

i was reading that while ranking your character you recieve rewards. i reached private and i do not see a tabbard that im supposed to recive. whats the deal?

You need to buy it at a Quartermaster I believe.

Yeah I was a horde and thought the same thing and I am not buying it for 90silver its not worth it
