looking for addon

As the title sugests I am looking for a specific addon that I have been searching every UI/addon site for over 2 weeks now and still no luck, I have seen the mod on a video that shows who is currently healing your target with rank and name of spell, it announces this in a similar way to CT-raid raid warning, I have tried spellalert, healsync and many more, but most are using bars instead of the on screen spam. Any info would be great.

If i'm not mistaken, I believe SCT does this. I know I see this information and its the only mod I have that would do it.
