Attuned Question

I see alot of guild applications like

Attuned to MC
Attuned to AQ

Are they asking if you ever did those runs and are familiar with them or asking if you are equipped for them?

Attuned means neither of those things...

For MC, there is a quest available at the entrance to BRD for "Attunement to the Core". This quest entails basically just going through BRD to the MC entrance, touching a rock there, and returning to the quest giver. He will then make you attuned... which basically means that if you want to go to MC again, you just have to talk to him- rather then running all the way through BRD to get there.

Other times, Attuned simply means being allowed entrance... such as you need to become attuned with the Argent Dawn prior to entering Naxx.
