Server Location listing?

I live in Utah, and would like to see if there is a website link somewhere to tell me the physical location of the closest realm/server to me? For example, the Cenarius server is somewhere in pacific time because when I'm playing, it's 1 hour less than me. I'm guessing it's in California, but I can't be sure.
Is there some sort of list that gives the realm/server name and the city/state where it's located?

I *think* most (all?) of the US servers are physically located on the West Coast. The clocks are just set differently for different time zones - they're still all in the same physical server centre.
