Is anyone else seeing this? I got my update card but can't use it since the site seems to be down for me, is the site ACTUALLY down or is it just me?

The official site experiances extremely high congestion on patch days. On days like this the site is just too busy for everyone to connect, so some people don't get in and wind up looking at a "Page could not be displayed" or "Server down" errors. Try clicking refresh and it will probably connect.

Ok, I've got the main page now, but I can't get to account management. *sigh*

It's working for me, but it's very, very slow. I think it's just the mass of traffic.

I was able to at the time of posting, but I now can't even get the site's main page to load.

Trying to connect to the official site (be it us or euro) around patch days is a source of great distress. If you need to start an account or update billing etc... don't. Just wait. You'll be a happier man. Trust me, I've tried.
