targeting macros

I have a lvl 14 NE druid alt. Hes currently in wetlands grinding a way however im getting annoyed by 2 things. I target an enemy and begin with wrath and moonfire then switch to bear form however the casting turns off autoattack so im sitting there not swinging or building rage (i know i get rage from getting hit) until I hit attack enemy (t). So now im in bear form and want to attack another enemy with the rage i have built up but when i tab it doesn't auto attack.
so really im looking for 2 macros:

1) target nearest enemy and Auto attack if not allready
2) cast bear form and auto attack if im not allready
