Hi there!

I only just got myself Bongos today, due to patch 2.0 and have been using all kinds of old versions of BibToolbars for the past year. I was thrilled to see that I could arrange my interface the same way I could with Bib, but one thing I can't get working or maybe I'm too dumb to figure it out is the stance-switching of the main action bar.

Basically, after some tweaking I got bar 1 to show the set of actions I have ligned up for Battle, Defensive and Berserker stance. However whenever I switch to Defensive or Berserker stance and press (as an example) "2" (Battle - Charge, Defensive - taunt, Berserker - Intercept) it keeps on saying that I "Must be in Battle Stance".

Everytime I try around some more more thinks get messed up. I'm no scripting whizz or whatever so I don't really get the whole "Switch bar x by y" thing...

Need help!

Cheers!

same problem.. Bongos is the first barmod to update afaik, and they may win themself a new user in me... I really like it for the most part, but i simply cannot get the stealth stance to switch how i'd like. I have my stealth actions set up on bar 7, and would like it to switch with bar 1. Tried switch 1 by 7 and that just causes bar 1 to dissapear... bar 7 doesnt replace.

I just chose a bar that i wasnt using and used the Bongos binding utility. Bind those stances to keys and done!

can someone post a screenie of bongos and explain the stance thing a little more.....currently using ct mod on my warrior and I have bound the stances to F1, F2, and F3 - simply using macros to /cast berserker stance, /cast berserker rage on F3 for example

with bongos if i understand it correctly you guys hit the hotkey and it switches to the skills in those stances, kinda like it does for the default ui? guess that's why i'd like to see screenies

Well, Bongos can be configured how you want it to look so screenshots from one user aren't going to tell you much.

Bongos has, by default, the Class Bar enabled (where your stance buttons sit, or where your Druid forms sit).

When you click one of those buttons on the Class Bar, you (obviously) enter that form/stance and your main action bar changes to bindings assigned specifically to that stance.

So, for instance, my main action bar could be set ups as:
HT4, HT5, HT6, Rejuvenation, Regrowth, Swiftmend, Abolish Poison, Remove Curse ...

Then, when I hit my Cat Form button, that bar changes to:
Claw, Rake, Ravage, Pounce ...

Or if I hit my Bear Form button, it becomes:
Maul, Swipe, Bash, Growl ...

Or I hit the Tree of Life button:
Rejuvenation, Regrowth11, Swiftmend, Regrowth6, Regrowth7, Innervate ...

So, ya, works like the default UI - but you can scale it, move the bars around, etc....and they look a lot cleaner. In fact, Bongos is actually built to "use" the default Action Bars. It just rearranges them, resizes them, and moves them.
