Arcane Crystals from small thorium Veins!!!!!!!!!!

Well this past weekend I can absolutly confirm i got 2 arcane crystals from 2 STV's. Both wher in Fellwood. Can any 1 else confirm since patch this is happenning? Has it in the past? All my other 60s are die hard flower pickers, this is my first rock picker.
Maybe there upping the drop rate for TBC and jewel crafting. Didnt want to ask on the main boards because I wear people pass up STV for RTV whih leaves more fo rme ; )

Im assuming you mean quotes?
