Elite dragon?

I can remember myself that I have seen between all mods for the UI that there was a mod that gave you the possibility to add the golden or silver dragon around your portrait. :) (and prolly much more)

Is this mod still alive or something? Or a new one that can do the same? It really looked nice butt I can't find it... :(

You are probably thinking for Discord Art or Discord Unit Frames.
They allow you to add textures...
