ok i just started enchanting and ive heard something about linen britches and then u disenchant them and sell dust/essence in AH i get how to do it and all but is it really worth it? another questoin wat lvl of tailoring do u have to have to make linen britches and do u learn it from the tailoring person? and lastly if u enchant higher lvl objects do u get more dust/essence like blue, purple ect....? btw i was wondering if tailoring and enchating is a good money maker and if this helps at all im a lvl 21 hunter with a lvl 11 rogue twink i would like enchanting for the twink :wink:

Disenchanting can make you good money. Enchanting won't make a whole lot for you. Problem now is you actually have to level up your enchanting to get the higher end goods. It's actually a profession I would recommend picking up at a higher level once you have a comfortable amount of gold and then you can powerlevel it.

But I like it enough that I'm going to be an enchanter with my latest toon (a warrior). But if you want to make money go herb/alch.

i think i was the one talking about making linen britches then DE'ing them. someone else pointed out that "brown linen robes" use less materials and have a very similar result when DE'd, so you might want to keep an eye out for them. I agree with Oatmealsmurf but just wanted to add that. cheers.
