pc keeps restarting??

After good few hours of playing wow , my pc restarts itself , windows also gives a message 'windows have recovered from a serious problem'.

My pc specs are 2.8 gpu duo core
nvidia geforce 6200 SE turbo catch
1024 ram
320 memory

what could be the problem??

I don't know anything with those kind of benchmarks. I think you better copy-paste, what you've told us to be the specs is meaningless jargon.
