Transferring goods from US to EU - possible?

I started a trial account on the US servers and played up to L16 or so. I then realised that there was a specifically EU based set or servers, so I joined that one instead.

Now I know I can't transfer my character over, so I've started a new one on the EU servers, but can I post the contents of my backpack?

I've picked up quite a bit of money etc, and I'd like to keep it if possible.

Unfortunately I only have a trial account in the US and I don't want to waste $20 finding out I can't send stuff across the pond!

Does anybody know the answer to this?

I think it is technically possible to do it, but only by transferring the whole character. Also it would have to be done by contacted Blizzard support on the phone or by email as it is not an option available in the standard PCT process.

However by the time it is all completed you could have levelled up to at least the same level and got all the items again. Also afaik they don't guarantee item transfers only the character, so you could lose all the items that you wanted to transfer.
