Curved health bars centered on toon

Plz help. :ponder: I have seen some screen shots and a couple of videos with a mod that puts what looks like the target health bar and your health bar curved in large arcs centered on your toon. Can someone tell me what this mod is called, where I can find it and if it updated for V2. Thank you.
