Guild member Addons not working

I have a guild member who has downloaded and updated his Addons and they are not working in WoW at all, and they are enabled. He then proceeded to delete the addon directories from the Addon Folder and reinstall, and they still don't work. Can someone give me some good info, on how he can fix this?

Are the addons compatible with the 2.0 patch? Are the addons showing up in the addons list? Are the add-ons memory usage set to a high enough value?
