Where can i learn first aid now i have reached 150 ????

All of the 2ndary tradeskills require a book to train expert skills. The one you are looking for is called "Expert First Aid: Under Wraps" and is found in different locations depending on what faction you are. Alliance is in Stromgarde Keep in Arathi Highlands. I do not play horde, so I don;t know where that one is.

Another option is to check AH - can buy it there for approx 1-2g. After that you need to do the Artisan Quest @ first aid 225 and at Lvl 35. The quest is called triage and can be found in Theremore Keep in Theremore Island - its basically a quest to heal 12 solders before 6 die - quite tricky - however lotsw of threads for advice - but simply stand buy the door press V to show heath bars and heal accordingly - took me 6 attemps but it is worth it as allows you to make mageweive bandages which heal 800 hp's.
