Did Alt Banks get nerfed?

I tried sending some mail to my bank today and it gave me a message saying I had reached my in game limit for something for that recipient. Then it just kept saying it was an unfriendly target.

there is a sticky on oficial forums, it's some bug introduced with the latest hotfix, they're trying now to figure out how to fix the fix

It's hillarious how they are trying to find a fix for the "fix".

changing one thing often breaks another. Instead of fixes, i'm not sure why they don't call them changes.

Hotfix implies you fixed something without breaking anything else.

*Mail appears to be functioning normally after applying a small hotfix and performing rolling restarts this morning. There is still some investigation going on to verify that this is functioning on all realms correctly.
