The next patch

Anyone know what the new patch will bring? It seems kind of big (166mb) Just to fix bugs. Also has anyone been able to download it at all, its been 5-6 hours and only 256k.

My guess, the tallents must be updated. Since TBC and WOW must have identical tallents, one more patch is to be expected. And from what i've heard, we already have the same data as the TBC client( technically we will just need a TBC key).
