I tried to log in to day... and i found my time was spent.


So i went to go and recredit my WoW europe account. Seems i cannot recredit it, beacause as soon as i press the "Change subscription or add game card button i recieve the message "Challenged payment!"..... I know i have not been banned.... can any one give me some idea why this is? the Webforms i sent have not been answered...

has your credit card company or bank challenged one of the payments going out to Blizzard or the company that collects their money?

Otherwise, best bet is to find a phone number.

As for calling it "screwed over" find out the reason before you blame blizzard, it's quite possibly not their fault.

I say just go buy a game card till this is figured out. It's likely not Blizzards fault.

yeah i had a problem like that, but just use game cards now , no big deal

Don't worry, you don't lose your toon or anything if your subscription lasts. So they'll be waiting for you once you get it all figured out.
