Help cant restart quest!

I got to the tower outside Theramoore on "the missing diplomat" quest when I hit decline instead of accept(very tired). Now its gone from my quest log and the altar boy in Stormwind wont give it to me. Any ideas? Thank you

why are you going to the altar boy in SW, the guy you delined it from should be the one you accept it from

I found the guy back in town but not where I originally met him Rather embarrassing!
