help with downloading please

hi im wondering if u could download the full version and play it with out the disks i lost the f ifth one and im at my grandmas house and i didnt download it here could i download it with out the disks? srry if this is in rong forums

The trial client is version 1.11.0 and does work as it's the full game. You'll need the following to update it to 2.0.1:

No, only for the high speed servers which is like $5 a month... The public servers just require a free account which will probably have a queue to download the trial.

Well you need a credit card to create an account, if you are using the 10 day free trial it would be free, but may start charging after 10 days is up. You dont have to pay to download it i think.

Also, note that you don't need to install all of the above upgrades to patch the trial client. You can always patch straight from the latest 1.x update, so all you need is the 1.12 patch, and the 1.12.x - 2.0.1 patch. :smiley:

No, it's exactly what you recommended he download minus the 1.11.1 and 1.11.2 patches. :wink: Just commenting that those two can be safely skipped -- you can go straight from any version of the client to 1.12 (and from there to 2.0.1).
