Hi there.
I just started playing World of Warcraft it works, just not that smoothly even in all the low settings. Anyway, I would like to know if there is any pci card that you know about that would help me higher the settings? Btw, er i only have a pci card slot on my computer

That'd depend on your current specs.

It's a propriatory Dell. You'd have to contact them about upgrades. Most of thier computers are tweaked so you have to go back to them, ordinary non-Dell parts often don't fit. I'd also suspect the PSU would be intentionally too weak to support additions.
You need to buy more Ram, at least a gig. I'm not sure about your graphics card, you didn't mention what it was, but I'd suspect it to be pretty poor as the CPU is a Celeron. Celerons are the worst of the worst, low as can be gotten. Doesn't mean it won't work, but this is a pure budget machine, everything is as low quality as possible to keep costs down.
