Keep Getting disconnected...

For some reason me and my friend both keep having disconnect problems. We connected to WoW and for some reason both keep getting lag and disconnected. I'm not sure how we both can have the same problem unless it's the fault of the server. We're on Skullcrusher realm and I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem as well or is it somehow both our computers.

It could be a local exchange thing. Back in my guild we went through a time when alot of people based around North-West Germany had huge connection problems, while others were going perfectly smoothly. Location could be the source.
