Hi I've never had enchanting so I dont know what each enchant looks like on a weapon. So if possible some suggestions on this weapon would be greatly appreciated.

I'm really going for looks so anything that would look good on it, that is not horribly expensive please let me know. Also I do remember seeing an enchant that added green skulls swirling around a weapon but I'm not sure whats it called.
Or if someone has pictures of how enchants look like on weapons that would be great.
