You need to be a US account to play on US realms, as well as a US pre-paid card. The game itself will probably work fine if you change the realm-list server in the config. To what, I don't know.

Unfortunately I don't know :( Couldn't you use a creditcard, or use a parents credit card (with their permission and your funding of course) to buy a US subscription and pay for it? It's a bit cheaper to pay with a CC anyway.

nah i cant do the CC deal... well i guess i would just Order from amazon & wait 3 months thinking "did it get lost on the way?" or something... awwww if only they had Paybycash(look it up if u dunno what it is) as an option...

what a shame that such a great game isnt Internationally Available...

US accounts and EU accounts are completely seperate. Gamecards also do not translate over. However, the gameclient can be juryrigged to get them to work together, though there are certain caveats.

See the links here for more info (http://forums.worldofwar.net/showthread.php?p=3810434&highlight=juryrig#post3810434).

Mind you, you're probably better off creating a US trial account, upgrading it (which can be done digitally by way of your account management page), will require a CC to pay for the upgrade, but eh (you need one to create the account in the first place to show that you're of legal age), and then go the gamecard route.

US gamecards tend to be cheaper (due to currency exchange, different tax rules etc) (especially if you know how to shop around). They won't be shipped to the EU though, Vivendi Games, the owners of Blizzard has managed to have that blocked. Best option is to then have it sent to Yank friends and have them e-mail you the numbers.
