I just got a pc as a gift from my moms friend, it wasnt very good but i buffed it up a little. I wanted to know if it would handle WoW. I dont mean just normal gameplay, i want to know if it will withstand the Raids and Stuff like that here are my specs:
3.2 Ghz Celeron D processor
1.5 GB Ram
150 GB hard drive
256 MB Radeon X1300
Cable connection
Any help is appreciated thanks

It'll go, but the graphics card is a weird selection for a gaming machine, it borrows ram off the system, and would act alot more sugglish that something with fully onboard memory. An older, and cheaper, Radeon 9800 Pro would show it up. Search for a 7600 GS or GT, it should speed up your memory systems, as well as keep your graphics card from constantly nagging demands with the CPU in a fairly memory intensive game.
It's a mixed kettle of fish. The Processor is the from the cheapest and most inefficient design possible; yet there's plenty of Ram. The graphics card is a really off too. It's like someone took an office computer, and slapped more Ram in it at some point. It may work well, probably will as the dependancy is primarily on the Ram.

ya i know its a weird system but its pretty decent for someone givin it to me as a gift. And i found out that my mobo will allow me to change the proccesor so in like 4 months ill get a dual core processor and a new gfx card. I just need something to hold me over until some cash comes in hand again.
