Skinning and Mining, probably. Or Herbalism - basically any two gathering professions.

With Jewelcrating soon to be unleashed, prices of ore will go up in a big way, so I'd go with Mining and Skinning. Taking Mining and Herbalism at the same time screws up the mini-map tracking thingy.

You could also check what the prices are for Light Feathers on the auction hall. If they are good you can grind Plainstriders for them.

indeed...as a lowbie mage, I farmed these ALOT....They solde for 1-2g per stack.

As a 60, I buy them routinely, when I use the mage or priest.
