Sometimes a GM can help you fix it.

But you need to submit a ticket instantly after you make the mistake. Otherwise, its long pretty obvious that you "changed your mind" down the road.

yeah i chose bloodseeker crossbow for my hunter in av rewards....realized the polearm would have suited me much better for my style of play....not i have a green axe..they would not switch it. :(
