OK im a lvl 30 lock but I seemed to get killed because of having to look down at my actionbar to click.I use the qweasd to move.I tried keybindings but to target I had to use tab and sometimes it target the wrong person.SO what do other good pvpers use?Btw I have the g5 gaming keyboard.

I'm not familiar with what the G5 looks like, but the basic idea is to put your most used spells within the reach of your lefthand. You can also use combinations of shift+button, ctrl+button etc for this. Simply press the combination you want to use when you map the bars. You can find the keymapping options on the esc menu.
It takes some time getting used to and certainly on a lock, but you'll get the hang of it :)
For 1-12 (The main action bar) I use:
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12
1 2 Q E 3 4 5 F SHift+Q Shift+E Shift+2 Shift+3
I also use Shift+F, SHift+C as well as some others. It's just a matter of what you like best and feel comfortable playing with. First of all you need to get used to using your left hand for the basic spells.

I also tend to use my mouse as my "move" function. My mouse does have the benefit of having 11 programmable buttons ( so a crap ton of different utilities there...). I have two keyboards. Ones a bearclaw, the other a regular craptastic dell.
Most of my movement/freeze abilities and pots are on the mouse. The rest are hotkeyed. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0, then Shift (all those numbers) are my out of combat buttons. I use my Bearclaw for fighting.

Then what do yall use to target?Tab or move your hand to the mouse real quick or what?

Move you hand to the mouse? Hmm, I think you've misunderstood. one hand is always on the keyboard, the other is always on the mouse. No need to move the hand to it. It may be akward at first to use the mouse for moving, but it gets easy real quick and using the mouse to turn is A LOT faster than turning with keys.
For myself, i use keys for strafing and backing up. All other movement is done with the mouse.

edit: And instead of using tab to target, i remapped the target to one of my mouse's thumb buttons.
